Since joining Kessinger/Hunter in 1987, Vicki has managed the full spectrum of real estate including office, retail, industrial and multi-family and from distressed to Class “A” properties. In 1994, Vicki was selected to oversee the property management office department and was subsequently appointed to oversee the entire property management department as Director of Property Management.

Vicki’s property management responsibilities have included the day-to-day operation of each project including lease administration analysis, development and implementation of a tenant retention program, budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance supervision, contract management and the analysis of a capital improvement program and its coordination. Vicki is personally responsible for eight office buildings totaling 1,050,000 square feet and two on-site management offices. In addition to Vicki’s property management duties, Vicki is entirely responsible for the oversight of the Property Management Department.
