Vaughn has been involved in the real estate business for over 20 years. Before joining Kessinger Hunter in 1996, he was a property manager for a regional hospital with responsibilities including management of office, residential, and farm ground. Leasing, acquisitions, and long range planning for the assets were also part of his responsibility.

Since coming to Kessinger/Hunter, Vaughn has been involved in apartment, retail, and most recently office and industrial property management. He is responsible for day-to-day operation, budgeting, and property enhancement. The properties managed are located in four states, representing nearly two million square feet.
