Pat joined Kessinger/Hunter in the J.P. Fogel merger, was named Director of Industrial Brokerage, and has more than two decades of experience in industrial real estate sales, leasing, and development. Besides supervising our Industrial Brokerage operation, Pat fields day-to-day leasing and sales duties. He personally manages more than 2 million square feet of industrial properties.

Active in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Pat served on the professional association’s national board of directors. He is a National Education Fund Trustee and has served as Inter-City Transactions National Chairman. Pat is past president of the organization’s Western Missouri/Kansas Chapter and also served as its vice president, treasurer and SIOR Development Day Chairman.
