Leslie has been in real estate management with Kessinger/Hunter & Co. since August, 1997. Her position includes working in the southern Johnson County market with office building products servicing various institutional clients. Leslie’s current responsibilities include the daily operations of each project, maintenance supervision, tenant relations, service contract negotiations, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, preparation of annual budgets and recommendation and implementation of capital improvement projects.

Prior to joining Kessinger/Hunter & Co., Leslie was with another firm for 14 years, where she was responsible for industrial /service center portfolios for institutional owners including Equitable Real Estate and Calpers, followed by the management of the Lighton Plaza office complex. Duties included routine physical inspections of the properties, overseeing and monitoring work of vendors and service contractors, tenant lease compliance, monthly reports, and annual budget preparation.
