KESSINGER/HUNTER CLOSES LARGE DEAL WITH IRON MOUNTAIN
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 2005) — Working with a large number of attorneys, bankers and insurance brokers, Kessinger/Hunter has closed part of a $50 million deal with long-time client Iron Mountain.
Under terms of the deal, a partnership sponsored and spearheaded by Kessinger/Hunter has acquired two buildings in Pennsylvania and Illinois from Iron Mountain and will lease them back to the nation’s largest document and record storage company. Kessinger/Hunter also will act as general contractor when construction gets underway this spring on Iron Mountain’s new 203,000 square-foot building in California.
