Kessinger/Hunter was founded on industrial brokerage and development.  Our roots run deep; most of our longest and most satisfied clients are industrial companies.

We boast the city’s largest industrial brokerage department with nine specialists handling 10 million square feet of industrial properties.

With this expertise, we have been entrusted with highly coveted assignments, such as the management and leasing of the Kansas Commerce Center for the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) of nearly 2 million square feet and TA Associates Realty of Boston, Massachusetts of nearly 1 million square feet.  Also, we have completed many built-to-suits nationally for Iron Mountain, Black & Decker and other notable companies.
