After beginning her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1986, Debbie joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company in 1988. Her particular expertise is in Landlord and Tenant Representation. Over the course of her career, Debbie has been involved in over 1,400 brokerage transactions totaling more than $200 million in sales volume.

Debbie's experience has included working on build-to-suit transactions for Beacon Medaes and Traveler's Insurance to representing institutional Landlords such as TIAA and Highwoods Properties. Her industry achievements include membership in SIOR and past president of the Kansas City Board of Realtors. In 2009, she joined the Board of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Greater Kansas City Affiliate and has been very involved in the organization since 1995.
