Bruce joined Kessinger/Hunter in June of 2004 as a Senior Property Manager. Previously, Bruce was a Vice President of Property Management at another commercial firm and was a senior Property Manager at the 300-acre Corporate Woods Office Park in Overland Park, Kansas having devoted over 20 years to the development and management of more than 20 office buildings.

Bruce is currently responsible for the daily management and operation of Park Central Plaza I & II office buildings as well as the historic Palace office building, including tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, contract negotiations and maintenance supervision.
